Delivery destinations and charges
Choose your country and state or region at checkout. The store calculates delivery for destinations where a shipping rate has been enabled. Your delivery charge is shown separately from the shoe price before you place your order.
A country appearing in the address list does not automatically mean delivery is enabled there. If checkout cannot provide a delivery quote, contact us with your destination before paying.
Complete delivery details
Provide your full name, country, state or region, city, street address and phone number with country code. Include a postal or ZIP code where applicable. You may add an alternate phone number and helpful delivery instructions.
Delivery timing and preorders
Contact our team to confirm the expected delivery timing for your location. Preorder delivery timing is confirmed separately by the team; a preorder is not a promise of immediate dispatch.
If you need the shoes for a particular event or travel date, confirm availability and timing with us before placing your order.
Payment and international delivery
Pay-on-delivery availability is limited to eligible Nigerian destinations and is payable in NGN. Online NGN payments use Flutterwave; online USD and GBP payments use Stripe.
International shipping fees shown at checkout cover delivery. Any destination import duties or local taxes are separate; contact us for guidance before ordering.
Checking an existing order
Email us with your order reference and delivery destination for an update. Tell us promptly if your address or contact information needs correcting.
